14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid CoachingOrient subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date your payment was taken.

3-day free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund. The 14-day refund window applies from the date of the first paid charge at the end of the trial.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
2. Contact us via the contact page and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

After the refund window

After 14 days from your initial paid charge, your subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the current annual period. You can still cancel at any time to prevent the next annual renewal — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling during the 3-day trial costs nothing. Cancelling after the trial prevents the next annual renewal; access continues until the end of your paid period.
