Built for effective 1:1 meetings, one conversation at a time. Whether you are a manager, leader, mentor or coach, get ready with a thinking outline before the meetings.
Coaching transforms standard guidance into powerful growth. While built on decades of deep practice, the true magic happens when this wisdom is made active and accessible for daily use. Today's leaders, managers, and mentors are uniquely positioned to activate this potential, effortlessly bringing a supportive, coaching style to every guidance conversation they have with their people.
CoachingOrient is a credible thinking-partner for both audiences: professional coaches preparing for client or coachee sessions, and leaders, managers and mentors coaching their team members one to one or in groups. Describe any coachee scenario, goal or problem and instantly receive practical, considered guidance whenever you want to dig deeper.
Note: The tool is not meant to replace the roadmap guidance but is recommended for only specific scenario, goal or problem for the particular 1:1 meeting and follow up meetings. It is designed as a thinking support for coaching, guiding or advising other people, and should not be used to coach oneself.

What we believe
- You're the expert. We provide conversation guidance, not direction.
- Credibility beats novelty. Every suggestion is grounded in considered coaching practice.
- Stay in lane. We don't do clinical work, diagnosis or medical advice and we'll flag when a coachee scenario, goal or problem calls for it.
- Respect the practitioner. Calm interface. Sharp answers. No gimmicks.
AI & ethics
This page is maintained by CoachingOrient to answer common questions about how artificial intelligence is used in the service.
- A thinking partner, not a coach. CoachingOrient generates angles and questions to help you prepare for coaching conversations. It does not run sessions, speak to coachees or make decisions on your behalf.
- You remain responsible. The coach or leader using the service is fully responsible for their practice, judgement and the welfare of the people they support.
- Anonymise what you share. Do not enter coachee names, contact details or other identifying information. Coaching content is not used to train third-party AI models.
- Stay within the coaching remit. The platform will decline clinical, medical, mental-health, trauma, substance-abuse, illegal or otherwise out-of-scope topics and will prompt you to use your own safeguarding or referral protocol when appropriate.
- Grounded in widely-taught practice. Guidance draws on widely-taught, non-proprietary coaching concepts and does not reproduce proprietary coaching frameworks or certification material.
- Tell the other person. Everyone using CoachingOrient undertakes to let the person they are meeting know that AI may assist with preparation. Consent is theirs to give or withhold, and preparation should stop if they withhold it.
- Bias awareness and inclusion. AI models can carry bias from their training data across culture, gender, age, disability, neurodiversity, ethnicity, faith, sexuality and background. Guidance is written to stay neutral and person-specific, users undertake to discard any suggestion that stereotypes or disadvantages someone, and biased output can be reported to us for review.
